Teen Discord Server

Text chat whenever, voice chat Tues at 3:30 pm and by request.

To make it easier to hang out at the library from anywhere, Marshall-Lyon County Library hosts a private Discord server for area teens. On Tuesday afternoons, we'll have a voice chat active for playing Dungeons & Dragons. You can use the server for text chat any time of the day or week! Feel free to ask for a voice chat any week day when you see a librarian online, and we'll see if we can set one up. Any other events you'd like to see us host? Let us know!

About Discord

Discord is a free voice and chat service that lets registered users create and join servers. You can use it right in your browser without installing anything. You can also install it on a computer or use the app on a tablet or smartphone. You will need to sign up for an account with a valid email address before you can use it. The MLCL Teens chat server will be moderated by librarians, and a librarian will be present whenever a voice chat is running. Parents, you can learn more about discord here.

Please email Emilirose (emilirose.rasmusson@marshalllyonlibrary.org), direct message Emilirose #6886 on Discord, or ask us on Facebook for a link to the server.

Download the app or access the web version from your browser.
