Tabletop RPG Meet-Up
August 17 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Are you an adult in search of a tabletop RPG group? Do you and your family want to learn how to play Dungeons & Dragons? Visit the Marshall library for a short Dungeons & Dragons one-shot, then make plans for future sessions.
We’ll be playing Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition. Want to have a character set up ahead of time? Please start your character at level one. House rules for stat rolling: roll four d6. Reroll any ones. Add the three highest dice together. Repeat until you have 6 scores, then assign as desired. We’ll have a number of premade level one characters available, as well.
If you have your own D&D 5e books, please bring them. The library has limited copies. New players are welcome! A librarian will be available a half an hour before the event to help you set up a character, or you can used a premade character.
Whether you can make it our not, please fill out our survey here! This will help us plan future sessions and compile a list of local players looking for a group.
Books for a variety of tabletop rpg systems are also available for check-out from the library. View the collection here.
